What’s it all about?
Imagine a site where you fast and easy can find the fashion items you are looking for by searching with your own words. Sounds like an ordinary search engine you might say.
Well, add the fact that you want a search engine with only women’s fashion items from a wide range of stores online, visual search results and no spam what so ever.
We don’t have to stop there. Let’s add functionality for filtering your search results on color, brands, price, items on sale, etc. Now we’re getting closer to the site we are trying to create for you.
On top of that we’re adding advanced functionality such as; ranking of search results based on collective intelligence, statistical color analysis and human intelligence based linguistics filtering.
First beta in late 2009
In late 2009 we launched our first beta to test the concept. Since then lot´s of things have happend and during the spring 2012 we invested in a new technical platform. There is still lot’s of nuts and bolts to be adjusted. However, we’re getting closer every week!
In order to reach our objective of becoming the leading search engine for women’s fashion in the UK market we need all the input and feedback we can from you as a user or as a partner.
Our initial focus is building a great service consisting of trendy fashion items from leading stores online. Our next step will be to bring this service to the masses and build strategic partnerships.
